Can anyone recommend a sturdy highchair, one preferably that the tray can not be kicked off?

Also, where might it be purchased and what’s the price range?

HAHA… no… BUT if your kid has a problem with kicking or getting out of their high chair like I did when I was a baby, just put shoes on the kid and tie his shoelaces to the high chair. Worked for my family and I got over it after a little while!
